Returns & Exchanges

Harry & Kate Co. offers a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email info@harrykatelonden.com with your order number, the reason for return, and — if the item is damaged or incorrect — a photo. We'll confirm your return and provide the correct return address; please don't send items back to the address on the parcel.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products intended for hygienic use must be cleaned before being returned.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• We do not offer direct exchanges — return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–12 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at info@harrykatelonden.com with your order number and photos, and we'll resolve it with our fulfilment partner.
